It would be most helpful if you would include the e-mail address for customer service

I have been a cust. for many years. Now that I replaced my laptop with a new one, I cannot access your dialup numbers without incurring a $6 hr charge. What is that all about? You're going to lose me if there is no free dialup in the tel. area code (860) Hartford, CT.

Tried the number first time--got cut off. Second try no answer. So much for customer service. (Problem is I get an AOL error message and can't get on to AOL. Had to get this number through another internet service provider)

I preferred your previous welcome screen with instant information on the weather and the ability to be able to click a button to go back to different items that were rotating on the screen such as "top news," "entertainment" etc.

Why have you made it so difficult, I might say nearly impossible, to cancel an AOL account? I mailed a request to what I understood to be your mailling address in Ogden, Utah 84404 and got it back "return to sender." I have removed all AOL software from my computer and want nothing to do with AOL in the future. If someone in your organization happens to take this seriously please remove me from whatever records may include my name and/or former AOL address which was (is?) hurschell6@aol.com.

I have recently started paying for my aol membership after having a free trial, as soon as I started paying aol access seemed to slow down drasticaly. I don't see paying almost 30.00 a month for such poor service when I can get better service that is cheaper somewhere else. If you can give me better service than we might consider keeping our service with aol.

I called your customer service number on numerous occasions going back 3 months and requested that you cancel my service, and cease invading my bank account. Physically the account has been cancelled since I can no longer access the service. However, to this date you have failed to send me an acknowledgemnent that you have complied with my request, and you continue to invade and deduct fees for a service I do not have.

I will contact the consumer agency in my state and bring this matter to their attention. In addition, I will assess a fee against the amounts AOL continue to deduct from my money while I do not have your service.

I've used AOL for many, many years. AOL today changed it's format and now you can't delete incoming emails nor can you navigate through your personal email because the new AOL freezes up your system. It doesn't move at all. I have been frozen trying to delete 1 email for the past hour now and you know what, there is no way to contact AOL via email for help while you are logged onto your aol account from a remote location like your place of business. Ironically I use AOL for work purposes also. I'll be switching to a new provider very soon.

Ok AOL, I am about to leave a comment which I know nobody at AOL Customer support will read beacuse they are all trained to be ass holes. I need to get back some of the E-mails that i lost (Read them, kept them as new, then they were deleted by AOL a few weeks later) in 2006. Now there is no fucking way I am going to call you,
i don't need to sit on my ass for 12 hours while one of your people finishes having butt sex, pick their teeth, and just generaly ignores me for sheer amusement. So I'll tell you what, either email me, give me your email address where it's fucking VISIBLE TO THE GENNERAL PUBLIC AND NOT ON SOME GOD DAMN BACK WATER SITE LIKE THIS SHIT, or I'll keep posting this comment.

Your help line on the phone stinks, I needed a live person to help me since none of your options worked. Your computer voice hung up on me! If this is the way you treat your custermers no wonder you do not have any real people working for you. I am going to ignore the up date billing info you e=mailed me since it was blocked for my protection and acording to your billing message on the phone my acount is in good standing. If we have problem YOU WILL hear from me.

Very fustrating being a FREE CUSTOMER and being OFFERED FREE SERVICES with NO Live Customer Service provided when your account is unprotected and hacked and your password changed and your whole life is trapped in an AOL INBOX!
Basically their operator told me to GO TO HELL because I wasn't spending a dime with them anyway! WOW! Thanks for nothing! Thank God for hotmail, free service and quality customer service,... that's priceless! Take notes AOL!

Yeah, completely useless with ou the e-mail address. I am fed up with this new AOL. I have 8 programs running that are all associated with AOL. I can never get all the AOL programs to do what I want (like shut down all AOL programs.. it just locks up). There is so much Garbage that pops up when I sign on that I have the wait an additional 5 mins just to let the ads and other media stuff to load. Look at this page... All the ads loaded faster than the actual inforamtion. I have been increasingly less happy with AOL and there lack of cusomizability. Simple and basic.. I have dial up (due to my location) and I should not suffer the BS error messages and such beacuse AOL has loaded so much Junk that the PC has to run at its peak just to use the web. I don't even use the AOL browser due to it long load time. I have been with AOL scince 1.0... It would be nice if they had what I wanted.

AOL Live Help is not the best - for three days I have talked with Tech help in the Phillippines and dialed the 18008276364 umteen times and they still cannot fix my problem - now they say I must have a different log name to log onto my Vista when I have always logged on heretofore with the same name I use to log onto my AOL - one tech says one thing and another says something else and the most recent one just logged off = AOL SUCKS!

Made it through the voice menu's barely. The voice recognition wasn't working too well. I got as far as getting my much needed password reset and even had it repeated twice so I could compare it to what I wrote down. When I tried it - it did not work! What a waste of time!!!
