If while you check AOL mail and accidentally delete a piece of email from your mailbox, you have 24 hours to recover it. Just go to the Mail menu and select “Recently Deleted Email” to see a list of email you've deleted. You can find the email you deleted and put it back in your In Box. However, email you delete from your Spam folder is permanently gone and cannot be recovered.
Hi...Well, its an obvious solution; however, for those who may not know, it will certainly be a great help.
I have a similar problem. Except, when I tried to place the spam email into the ' this is not spam ' folder, the email did not take into the ' new ' folder. It just disappeared.
I read this email before the incident, and I hear because of this, it may be possible to recover it. How? I don't know. The site did not explain further. Its a sales site. And a recovery type program must be purchased for retrieval.
I have an old MAC with an AOL screen that doesn't offer a "recently deleted mail" option. Can you tell me how to obtain the new/current e-mailscreen?
I have accidently deleted an email in my "sent" folder, and on the bottom of the screen it said "undo" so I clicked on that. then it said "message restored," but nothing happened. The deleted email did not show up in my recently deleted box, nor was it put back in my sent or old mail. In short, it was not "restored" anywhere. I tried it again with a non-important piece of 'sent' mail, and the same exact process occurred. Why bother offering an "undo delete" service that does not undo delete?
I recently deleted a message I saved in my drafts folder on aol. Is there any way to recover it?
On my version of AOL I can't find a Link to "Recently Deleted Email". Please Advise"
