I can`t find your customer service number.

AOL Customer Support Phone Number

Finding the AOL customer support number can be tricky. First select the "Help" option on your AOL toolbar and select "AOL Help". You will then be taken to the help center where you will see, at the very top right corner of the page (when you are facing the screen), a small link that says "Contact Us". When you select that link, a pop-up will display on your screen which lists all of your customer support options. If you are looking for the AOL customer support line specifically, the number is 800-827-6364.

Please stop the all too frequent changing of your
format. I barely get used to one and then you have changed it again.

AOL is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with when trying to cancel an account. I called them on 6/11 and cancelled my account. They still billed my credit card for the next month's service. I called on 6/29 when I saw the charge on my Visa bill and AOL said that my account dates were from the 11th or the month to the 11th of the month. They claim that they already billed me for the next month a few hours before I called and cancelled. According to the dates on my Visa bill, my post date for their charge was 6/13--- 2 days later. Not that this is aggravating enough but when you finally go through all the computer generated voice prompts for 10 minutes and finally get a "real person", that real person says they cannot credit you for the upcoming months charge. I asked the representative to verify how many hours my account was used in the past 3 months-- O hours. CNBC was right in their expose' about AOL.....cancelling your account with them is a nightmare. All their current subscribers should be aware of the hassles they are going to face when they leave AOL down the line. I WILL NEVER, EVER SUBSCRIBE TO AOL OR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES AFTER THIS INCIDENT!

The new muted color format on the welcome screen is difficult for the visually impaired to see. I would think it would have been prudent to have investigated this before the final plan was adopted. Many subscribers are seniors and had you checked with health care professionals you would have not wasted valuable time and money implementing such a disasterous screen.

You make your number very hard to find. It might be wise to make your self easier to talk to a customer service person. Computers are nice but it's always better to talk to a human. At least it should be!!

I want to give a suggestion - but don't know where to do that. I think it is great that I can put parental controls on for my child, but I wish that she could receive emails with pictures from me, the mother AND the primary on her account. That way, if a friend wants to send her a cute picture, they could send it to me, and upon my approval I could send it to her. So my suggestion is that you continue to protect kids from receiving emails with pictures in them EXCEPT add the option of being able to recieve ANY email from the parent, who set up the account. AND, if possible,...instead of rejecting all emails with pictures, allow that email to route over to the parent's email account, who could approve it and then forward it to the child. What do you think of that idea? Surely you have the technology for that! Thank you for your consideration.
