Tried the number first time--got cut off. Second try no answer. So much for customer service. (Problem is I get an AOL error message and can't get on to AOL. Had to get this number through another internet service provider)

Why have you made it so difficult, I might say nearly impossible, to cancel an AOL account? I mailed a request to what I understood to be your mailling address in Ogden, Utah 84404 and got it back "return to sender." I have removed all AOL software from my computer and want nothing to do with AOL in the future. If someone in your organization happens to take this seriously please remove me from whatever records may include my name and/or former AOL address which was (is?) hurschell6@aol.com.
