Once you are connected you will be asked the nature of your call.
Have patience, there are a lot of prompts to answer before you speak to a live person.
You may have to wait a fair amount of time.

Trying to get my daughter's new laptop ready for college has been horrifying. I have been on the line talking to a computer system that cannot help me. I have been a member of your service for years and to have to talk to a computer irritates me. Why can't we just talk to real people especially when I pay for a monthly service that I hardly ever use.

I have been a customer with AOL for a very long time, two paid accounts, however with your service being so poor, I will be forced to change if the problems I am having are not corrected immediately. I am eager to see if anyone even contacts me or reads this. You would think that it would be easy to find an email addrees for customer service. It's not .What is it ?
1. Program takes to long to load
2. Email does not send.
3. Program does not change pages within AOL.
